The PG-12V9 provides a longer design life for those critical standby power applications, thanks to the thicker plate design and use of high purity lead. To ensure reliable performance, the long life lead acid battery has been specifically designed to offer superb high-rate discharge characteristics. Equipped with Absorbent Glass Mat or AGM technology, the fibreglass mat holds the acid thus the battery is less likely to sulphate. With a superior depth of discharge (DoD) of 80%, ideal for deep cycle battery applications. The PG-12V9 is an excellent battery for start-stop applications due to its low internal resistance and quick high current loads deliverability. With a lower self-discharge rate during long term storage conditions, it does not require a topping charge as frequently. Charging five times faster, they have an increased cycle life and are vibration resistant. Requiring less electrolyte than flooded batteriesIt hence it weighs less. Lower weight, lower maintenance & overall enhanced performance.
